Health
Health is the integration dashboard. It shows how much traffic arrived, how much was delivered first time, what needs attention, how long messages take, and how each destination is doing.
Open Monitor › Health in the left sidebar.
Integration health over the last 24 hours
Choose the window
Select hour, 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days at the top right. Every number and chart on the page uses that window. Select the refresh button to update straight away; the page also refreshes on its own.
Banners
Banners across the top appear only when something needs you:
- An alert is active names the alert rule that is firing. Select Open alerts to see it in Alerts.
- Field anomaly names a field that stopped arriving on a feed, for example "Field anomaly: PID-3 missing on Simulated ADT feed". Select View fields to open that feed's field watch.
The numbers
| Card | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Messages | Messages received in the window, how many were delivered and how many are still in flight. The small line shows the trend. |
| Delivered first time | The share of messages that reached every destination without a retry. The gauge turns amber and red as it drops. |
| Needs attention | Messages that failed, were refused, or ran out of retries. Select it to open those messages in Messages. |
| Waiting for review | Entries in the Queue, and how old the oldest one is. |
The sections
- Throughput: messages per hour (or day), split into Delivered and Needs attention.
- Timing: average and slowest end-to-end time, how many messages are in flight now, and how many are held.
- Destinations: each destination with its health, how many messages it was sent, the share it accepted and its average time. A struggling destination is marked.
- Why messages failed: the most common causes in plain English, such as Destination temporarily unavailable. Select a cause to see those messages.
- Endpoints: traffic by the address or source it arrived at.
- Field watch: every feed that has a learned pattern, and whether any field is missing. See Field watch.
- Recent alerts: what fired lately and who was told. Select Manage rules to open Alerts.
